THE SOUNDS OF THE BIRDS

I am loving the sounds of the birds at the moment, particularly the bull bull bird. Chirps every morning outside my window. My first pick this week is inspired by the bull bull and it is of a delightful red cardinal. So red and chubby. They live in the northern USA. The second picture is off a "timeless place". These pictures caught my eye . Rustic living from my favourite desire to inspire blog. A BIGGG! Thanks to those friends who came down to the Rocks Markets to visit me last Sunday, even in the rain. It is nice to see familiar faces.

Above are pictures from the Rocks Designer Markets. We were there Saturday and Sunday last week-end. We had a great few days, very well organized with quality products to buy. I meet some more creative people, lots of visitors from overseas and Australia.
As it was such a success bkhdesign products will be available through the Rocks 1st , 3rd and 4th Sunday of the every month and starting up at Kirribilli Markets every 2nd Sunday of month. Beginning 8th March.

MORE WINDOW DRESSING

Continuing on from last weeks post. Here are more local shops that are worth a visit "Ici et la", Mondo Luce and bird . I also found a new local art gallery called Urban Uprising. It kicked off with the infamous London graffiti artist Banksy. One to watch out for.

For people who are markets shoppers, bkhdesign will be at the Rocks Designer Markets this week-end and most Sundays from now on. I will keep everyone posted on exact dates. If you have never been to the Rocks it is worth a visit. Some wonderful historic buildings, great shopping and eating places. If are visting drop by and say hi!
